This FREE Support Group is for expecting and new moms with babies up to 4 months. No older siblings please.  It's very important to keep this group a safe place for new babies. This is a great group to get breastfeeding support but is open to all moms and babies, breastfeeding is not a requirement.

  • Casual group setting to discuss challenges and victories with your new role as a mother.
  • Breastfeeding advice from IBCLCs (Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants) Questions can be answered by assessments cannot be done during the group, this includes looking in a baby’s mouth.  *see info below for a full lactation consult
  • Weight checks

*a safe place for new mothers to create friendships and a community.

Full lactation Consults are available both at the Wellness Center in Goodyear or in your home. A full lactation consult typically lasts from 1.5-2 hours and includes a full assessment and a care plan.
