Circle of Mothers Support Group

Various Locations in the Phoenix Metro Area

Circle of Mothers is a free, weekly postpartum support group now meeting at three locations across the Valley!

  • This in-person gathering is a safe, welcoming space for all new moms and their babies from birth to around 9 months (pre-crawling).

  • Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding, or have a tube-fed baby—all feeding journeys are welcome.

  • No sign-up is needed—just come as you are. To keep the space as calm and germ-free as possible for newborns, we kindly ask that siblings stay at home.

Motherhood can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Join us to connect, share, and find your community.

Free Breastfeeding Classes

Various Locations in the Phoenix Metro Area

Held at three locations across the Valley, this class is designed to help you get breastfeeding off to a strong start.

  • We’ll cover what to expect in the first few weeks, how to establish a good latch and milk supply, and ways your support person can help.

  • Classes are offered every other month at each location.

  • A support person is welcome to join, but we kindly ask that children stay at home to maintain a focused learning environment.

  • Because space is limited, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you’re unable to attend so we can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
